Refund policy

 

We do not refund the amount when product is returned, a coupon code is generated which the customer can use for future. 

699/- & 799/- ARTICLES ARE NON RETURNABLE & NON EXCHANGEABLE.

Cases of goods unavailability or service problem:

• If the item sent for replacement is not available, we will try to give you the best possible alternatives, but in the end choice of customer will be final.
• 100% refund will be given if product is not available.
• For courier products, If the delivery address is outside the service area, then only a 100% refund will be given. 

NOTE : In the event that the product is delivered in a damaged condition or if an incorrect item is shipped due to an error on our part, we will gladly cover all associated shipping charges. However, in cases where the product is being returned or exchanged for reasons other than damage or our error, the customer has to bear Rs.200 shipping charges.
